An interior package can bring together doors and jambs, hardware, casings, baseboards and adjoining trim. Coordinating these details as one scope helps the project team understand the interfaces and installation sequence.
Working with your project team
We review schedules, quantities and profiles with the builder or general contractor, confirm openings and site readiness, then coordinate door, hardware and trim installation. The final review checks fit, alignment and the remaining items against the agreed scope.
Manufacturing & supply responsibilities
The package defines who supplies doors, jambs, trim and hardware, together with the installation responsibilities. Factory carries out the agreed finish carpentry work; other trades and unlisted finishing work are outside the package unless separately agreed.
For scope review: Door and hardware schedules, trim profiles, finish specifications and site readiness.
Final scope, supply responsibilities and sequencing are established for each project.
