Custom Millwork & Fabrication

Made for the architecture. We fabricate and install custom millwork and built-in furniture using MDF, wood veneers, solid wood and specialty panels. From approved drawings and raw materials to finished, professionally installed pieces.

A coordinated package may include a mudroom bench, built-in shelving, a media wall or fitted storage. Each piece is made to the approved dimensions and materials; the scope determines which fabrication, finishing and installation tasks Factory undertakes.

Working with your project team

We review the drawings with the builder, resolve dimensions and adjoining details, and confirm the fabrication scope. Components are prepared and assembled for the project, then fitted on site around the agreed access, readiness and installation sequence.

Manufacturing & supply responsibilities

Factory fabricates the agreed custom pieces from raw materials and panels, then assembles and installs them. Material selections, finishes and the limits of the fabrication package are confirmed before work begins.

For scope review: Approved drawings, coordinated dimensions, materials, finish specifications and junction details.

Final scope, supply responsibilities and sequencing are established for each project.

Does Factory make the millwork?

Yes. This service covers our fabrication of project-specific millwork and built-in furniture, including installation. It is distinct from installing cabinetry made by another manufacturer.

Which materials can be used?

MDF, veneered panels, solid wood and other suitable wood-based or specialty panels can be considered. Materials and finishes are selected for the agreed project requirements.

What should a Calgary builder provide?

Start with the location, drawings or design intent, material preferences and expected schedule. We review dimensions, interfaces and site readiness before confirming the scope.
